Guardians

The Tutor's Office student management module allows tutors to have access to the contact information of their non-adult students' guardians or parents. This helps you to quickly get in touch with the "right" person when you need to make a call or send an email. Tutor's Office will seamlessly and transparently use this information every time a communication needs to be sent with regards to a non-adult student. For example, invoices will be sent to students' guardians or parents if auto-invoicing is enabled for a non-adult student. So, you don't have to worry about whether or not you are communicating with the "right" person.
